OpenBooks handles the mechanical layer: ingestion, duplicate checks, vendor mapping, categorization, evidence matching, reconciliation checks, deadline tracking, and report drafts. Partners investigate the exceptions that still need a person.

Who we’re looking for

Campaign treasurers, bookkeepers, accounting assistants, and fractional-finance operators with excellent document discipline and clear written communication.

Authority stays explicit

Applying does not appoint anyone as a committee treasurer. Filing authority and any final CSC action are verified separately for each client.
