You agree not to
- Use the service to break the law or to prepare filings you know to be false.
- Upload data you have no right to share, or another organization’s records without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials, or let an unauthorized person approve work on your behalf.
- Use the service to launder money or to disguise the source or use of funds. (OpenBooks moves no money and files nothing without a person’s approval, but you remain responsible for the truthfulness of what you approve.)
- Resell or provide the service to a third party except as agreed in a Master Services Agreement.
